Investigation of the Relationship Between Quality of Work Life, Burnout and Spiritual Well-being in Intensive Care Nurses

This study was conducted as a descriptive to determine the relationship between quality of work life, burnout and spiritual well-being in intensive care nurses. The research has been carried out on 211 nurses who units three public hospitals located Turkey's Eastern Anatolia Region. In data collection, form containing questions about socio-demographic characteristics individuals (age, gender, education level, marital status, economic status receiving education), “Spiritual Well-being Scale”, “Nursing Work Life Scale” “Maslach Burnout were used. T test used for independent variables analysis data. addition, effect dependent variable numerical made using multiple regression analysis. this study, it determined that emotional exhaustion levels above middle mean scores nurses' depersonalization personal accomplishment below level. As result, found working increased, their decreased life increased. received training had higher lower than did not receive training.
